Shipping

At  Blossombeauty.nz, we take pride in creating and packaging our handmade products with care. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified. However, due to the nature of our small-batch production, there may be slight delays in delivery. Rest assured, we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

For our customers in New Zealand, estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days, depending on the schedule of the courier company. If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days or if you require urgent shipping, please contact us at jasmineblossombeauty@gmail.com (extra fees may apply).

For our customers in Australia, we offer shipping at an additional cost, which will vary depending on the weight of the package. Please note that orders may be held by customs upon entry to your country, which can affect delivery times. You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive an item if it is returned.

We offer free shipping on all New Zealand orders over $95 and a flat rate shipping of $8.00. Our Upper Hutt-based customers can also take advantage of our free click + collect service. Orders placed Monday through Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours, and orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched the following business day.

For our customers in the South Island, our standard delivery service is 2-3 working days. For our customers in the North Island, our standard delivery service is also 2-3 working days. For customers in rural areas, please add an additional 3-5 working days to the applicable time above. All orders are dispatched from our Upper Hutt showroom and we always provide tracking numbers with dispatch confirmation for your peace of mind.
